Strength & Conditioning

The time it takes to recover from an injury serves as an opportunity for an athlete to re-introduce correct movement patterns. This approach allows us to work on uninjured areas while focusing on injury predisposing factors such as; poor motor control, reduced proprioception and tissue weakness.

✔ Researched backed and clinician led rehab

✔ General and specific strengthening

✔ Plyometric, speed and agility training

✔ Tissue conditioning of affected and unaffected structures

✔ Movement efficiency (including youth training)
