Neck pain doesn’t always come from the neck
Neck pain is extremely common and can affect people of all ages. It may develop after poor posture, prolonged desk work, sporting activities, lifting, stress, or following an injury such as whiplash.
Pain may stay around the neck or spread into the shoulders, upper back, arms or even cause headaches. Some people notice stiffness first thing in the morning, while others struggle to look over their shoulder when driving or sitting at a computer.
At Light Blue Clinic we focus on identifying the reason for your symptoms rather than simply treating where it hurts.
